I shouldn't have to pay a lot for a minor injury. I traveled abroad a lot and I am used to going to civilized medical care facilities where you ask for a consultation and they provide you with a price list, where you can find the cost of your Dr., Xrays, and all the possible tests. After you pay for the Doctor visit (not PA) then you see the Doctor. If the Doctor determines that you need some tests done, you will be informed how much the tests are going to be and you decide if you are going to have them done or not. After you pay for the tests , you will get them done and when you have the test results done see the Doctor again, they will check them for free and will prescribe you what is needed. So you got the picture, with Williamsport Hospital you get the opposite. You see a Doctor and you have tests done without being informed about their prices even if you asked at least 4 times, then you get a bill in the mail which will leave you speechless. I called and complained about the bill and they sent me a pamphlet that stated if I am not able to pay it, I may be qualified for "Financial Assistance". In order to qualify you have to provide them with a lot of private information including your bank statements, etc.

Baby number one was delivered here and all was wonderful. Baby number 2 was delivered here and it was terrible! Some of the nurses and drs were very nasty and had poor attitudes. Plus the furniture was nasty. The room service staff was hands down a 5

So, I am not going to ask the hospital to do me any favors or reduce the price, I am asking them to STOP this kind of "Ripped Off Technique", show some professionalism.

Been here three times for the same symptoms and still no answer. I would never recommend this hospital to anyonr. The Doctor doesn't care save your money and go somewhere else

Because I fell and I hurt my knee. It was after 10 pm and the Walk in Medical Care was closed, so I decided to go to the nearest Hospital in the area which is the Williamsport Hospital. As soon I stepped into the Williamsport Hospital I asked how much the consultation would be because I have no medical insurance. A couple of hospital personnel told me that they didn't know since there are many different prices. Do they look at your wallet and they give you a consultation price? Now I thought since I paid $110 to go to see a MD, at a Walk it Medical Care, should not be a lot more for the Hospital visit especially when you are seen by a PA.

Horrible, Ripped Off.
