Have had a great experience with our two dogs. Have used grooming, boarding and medical side. All met or exceed our expectations.
Some of the receptionists are friendly and patient, but certainly not all. Maybe they are under staffed and over worked. I am constantly put on hold after going through a ridiculous phone tree. I needed x-rays sent to a specialist. It took a dozen phone calls between me and the other vet to get them sent. Then when they finally arrived 5 minutes before the appointment, they were of the wrong angle to even check for a CCL injury. The dog had been limping, in pain, and showing signs of a possible CCL injury for weeks. Horrible veterinary care. The specialist out of town followed up twice. Crickets from The Animal Hospital on the Golden Strip. Also heard a horrific second hand story about a bad experience with a dog getting put down. PLEASE BEWARE.
We switch our dogs from 2 other different Veterinary offices and this is the best one we found. Awesome staff always friendly everyone in staff really loves animals and they enjoy working with them. I am always able to get an appointment or the girls squeeze us in if they can. The veterinarian and the groomers all to a great job! When I boarded my dogs they came home happier than any other kennel we had them in previously. I would say bring your pet here for grooming, boarding or just as a client your pet will be happy and love it.
Love these people! THEY really care. I have a cat and a puppy they love like their own!
