First time having jersey mikes sub . All I have to say great job. f-ing awesome subs . Had them done quick and taste great .
First time using online ordering , supposed to be faster . Got there guy asked for my name gave it to him... Can't find half the order , here my order was left in microwave... Not ready to go ! Get home and they forgot honey Dijon mustard for the wrap had to go back and that ... You know for $27.00 bucks you'd think they would have all your stuff in one bag ready to pickup... Then I get the famous " I'm sorry " not a free drink or bag of chips for my inconvenience.
The subs are good but I spent in the neighborhood of 30 minutes waiting for my sub. I ordered a giant sub only to then be given a regular. I did receive another regular to make up for it and it’s no big deal but considering how long I was there I think they should process orders more carefully and step up production.
I have tried a variety of subs from Jersey Mike's. Every one of them has been delicious. If you go there, definitely try your sub Mikes way. They put tons of meat tons of veggies plenty of oil plenty of mayonnaise plenty of vinegar etc. etc. Definitely one of the most delicious sub shops around!

Some places just give you a cheap birthday gift but Jersey Mike's gives you a sub and drink. The food also come out fast and tastes good. The stores are clean and the employees are very nice and helpful. The online ordering process is well thought out and picking up the food is very efficient.Their meatball sub is especially good.
