Room, ample, clean and nicely decorated.
You get what you pay for, and Best Western delivers the goods. I would stay there again, - no problem. I recommend it. Great value for the money.
Shower, toilet, sink and vanity area also in great shape, recently modernized.
We chose the Best Western because we were traveling with our dog and they had a very reasonable pet policy. We stayed there twice recently - at the beginning and then at the end of our Thanksgiving travels. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience, at first, as our initial room (both times) was not properly prepared. Fortunately the staff was super responsive and friendly and immediately moved us to another room. They even comped us the room altho I didnt even ask for such. The place is a little dated, but more than adequate for a quick overnight stay.
Nice hotel. Room was clean but didn't have shampoo/ conditioner. Didn't feel comfortable calling the front desk attendant about it. Breakfast was above average. Good place for a night stay.
This motel is the old style, pull up to your room, outside entry. So nice not to have to unload enter front door, upstairs and down hall. Nice canopy to keep covered to front desk and breakfast room. Breakfast room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff awesome and a restaurant adjacent to motel.
Room was neat, tidy, modern. Bed, pillows, linens - all amazing. I wanted to pack the sheets and mattress up and take them home - I had such a good sleep.
Best western hotels are always our first choice when staying away from home! The only reason I gave this review a 4 star was because of the employee checking us in during this stay. My stays over the years have always been far above a 5 star experience!!
The buffet breakfast leaves something to be desired. I can't complain really, as it satisfies the Best Western level of quality, food offerings and selection. But certainly nothing more than that. If I wanted something more, I guess I can stay at a Courtyard Marriott.
A very good Best Western Hotel experience overall. Good location, centrally located, close to shops, services, dining. Hotel is right next to Friday's Restaurant. Which is both convenient, but a bit of a problem, with my room right across the courtyard. It was a bit noisy till about 10-11 p.m. Not too big a deal though.
