I used Coder's twice. The first time ws fine. I was pleasantly surprised when they handed me $5 they found in my fiance's suit jacket. The second time, however, was a nightmare! They gave me the wrong down comforter. After about 9 months of using it I received a phone call from the owner that she had given me the wrong comforter and I needed to bring it back right away. At this point I was living 800 miles away and this wasn't an option for me. She then told me she'd mail me the correct one and include a prepaid box for me to ship the correct one back. Weeks went by and she did not send mine to me. A week before Christmas she called yelling at me for not returning the incorrect comforter and said she'd call the police on me if I didn't send it back. She didn't follow through with our original arrangement and was rude and treated me like a theif when it was her mistake. She should have cut her losses and paid the customer whose comforter she lost. Instead, I am stuck waiting in line for hours during the week of Christmas to send her this other woman's comforter, in hopes she'll reimburse me shipping and send me mine. This experience has been frustrating and I'll never recommend their unprofessional business to anyone.
