I have gotten updos and styles, cuts trims and colors, shampoos and even their Keratin Straightening Treatment. Oh and a 90 minute Massage!!!! And everything is perfect there. The employees are courteous and professional and its very homey and comfortable inside. I adore Lacey. But Lee colored my hair the last time because Lacey wasnt available that day and he did an excellent job as well. Definitely if you dont care for the first person who does your hair, just schedule someone else the next time. There are so many different personalities in there your sure to find a hairdresser you love.

I had an appointment for 12pm. Started at 12:20. After coloring my hair I was put under the dryer at 2:30 so the hairdresser could fit someone else in. Left me under the dryer while she proceeded to cut and style the other client. 3:45 the hairdresser continued with my appointment. 4 hours later and $125 for a cut and highlights that I wasn’t happy with. I called the salon. Left a message. Never received a call back. On a good note stylist was very friendly.

First I would like to point out that I have been going to the same hairdresser since I was 16 and I am 36 now. Unfortunately with some life changes that have taken place on both our ends, I found myself looking for a new hairdresser. I was directed to Andrea through a family member and friend who knows how specific I am when it comes to things done with my hair. So I gave her a try and set up an appointment. The moment I walked in I was extremely impressed with the vibe I received. The place was beautiful! I was greeted with great customer service and as nervous as I was for being at a new place with a new person I left there extremely happy. I set up my next appointment that day! I would HIGHLY recommend Inspirations to anyone and I am very pleased that I have luckily found a place that I can trust just as much as I trusted the first and only Hairdresser I ever had.
