Got my first ever bouquet from them. My boyfriend ordered them for me while over seas; a sweet gesture in my opinion. The surprise was nice but the arrangement quality was not. I can't find a single flower that isn't smashed or wilted. Very disappointed!! The only thing I will say was good was the amount of flowers in the arrangement. Not sure what was agreed to or pricing so can't comment on value for price. I shared my excitement with my friends for getting flowers today but had to take a picture far away to hide the bouquets imperfections (and there are a lot). It's Valentine's Day so I'd expect that this would be a lot of first time customers and they did not impress this first time customer.
