The first visit I had 3 years ago would have been one star. Rude doctor who went out of his way to make me feel like scum and explained nothing. My visit today was he complete opposite. Dr. Huggler was very nice and explained everything. My nurse Megan was wonderful and bubbly. Very pleased experience this go around. The hospital should make sure to hold onto these to ladies!!!

Fast forward a few weeks later, I traveled to Elmira NY to go to the pp. They gave me hormones to hopefully balance mine, and also tested my thyroid because that could be throwing things off as well. Long story short I'll never waste my money at this OBGYN office ever again.

Made an appointment for a birth control implant replacement and took a half day off of work - only to be told they didn't order the replacement and I'd have to come back for the procedure. I took an afternoon off work to sign and print my name on a piece of paper. I was NOT informed of this at scheduling and will now have to take ADDITIONAL time off work due to their incompetence.

Would pay money NOT to have to go there. Incompetent medically. Terrible billing department. Non existent customer service

They've been great with working around my work schedule. Everyone has been really nice and let me choose where I got my bloodwork done so it was in my network. Theres usually a small wait but they are also very busy. The nurse Meg is FANTASTIC!

Went there because I am on the nexplanon implant (for a little more than a year and a half) and at the the time I was bleeding irregularly, having breast pains, and having cramps like I was getting my period for about a week and a half but nothing was happening. I scheduled my appointment to go speak with a doc. She figured it was just a hormonal thing (which it was, thank god) and sent me to the breast health center. The actual appointment at the OBGYN was fantastic. However, a few weeks later I start bleeding and spotting irregularly, and I call and speak to a nurse and tell her what's going on. She told me I would have to wait a few months before they could do anything about my irregular bleeding, and that it's most likely cause by stress (which I'm a college student, so this is probably true). However, I am kind of upset because telling me that my menstrual complications are caused by stress DOES NOT ACTUALLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM!!!! and telling me I have to wait a few months before they could do anything raised a big red flag for me.
