I thought the place was less than expected. To me prices were high considering I could buy same stuff cheaper at other stores. Electronics department was horrible to the point there wasn't any electronics department just two or three aisles. Kind of a joke
Company practice's dead em which is if they know your name they dig up Corpse of person and assume the name of person.

My visit to Kmart was a good one, although the cashier could have been friendlier. (I felt more like I was just there to contribute to her paycheck.) Everyone else is much friendlier.
Products are nice if ya like taking things home with us not sold to you"un-physical".
Needs to let old employees go past 67,
Can't pressure employees can't stage employees setups etc list is long with Walmart.
Affiliation is a problem needs to get rid of affiliations before asking for help.
Do's have a problem with mutiple same employees working three different places.
Interesting store needs new management, doesn't know how to treat customers or know to straighten problematic employees.
Kmart is good, but Walmart is better. Comes down to prices really.. Kmart just doesn't seem to be able to compete. I assume it's buying power, but still..

I am a long-time satisfied customer. I find they have a great selection of things that I actually want and need. He's easy to get in and out of.
