Assistant manager failed to complete the rental transaction properly, blamed it on someone in training, and never, ever apologized for the outrageous treatment that I received. She was not truthful to me, nor to her regional supervisor, and this location is OFF THE MAP for me, if I ever need another rental.

Rented a car for a week. They gave me an upgrade to a midsize at no charge. Brand new Nissan Altima. Put 3500 miles on it with no problems. Good service, good experience. We'll do it again.
They gave me a beat up Hyundai with stains everywhere and a hole in a door. Some of the stains looked like blood. I asked for a new car and they said they would charge me for it. I highly recommend to stay away from enterprise.
This branch needs completely new management. One doesn't know what the other is doing, and there is an extraordinary LACK of courtesy or customer appreciation.
