I have purchased 6 bikes from this gem of a bike shop and will continue to buy more from them. They have always been so nice to my family and have met our needs each time that we have visited the shop. I truly can't understand the negative reviews as I have never met anyone who has anything negative to say about this shop. I would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could.
I just bought a Specialized Epic Carbon Expert from them, and they went out of there way to make sure this was the right bike for my riding style, and were very patient getting it set up right for me, and teaching me how to keep it dialed in and in optimal shape.
I've been buying bikes from the Bicycle Center since I was a kid (30+ years), and the place still has the old school bike shop vibe going. Great shop in an old barn with knowledgable and passionate rider/owner/operators. I believe this is at least a third generation business, and they know what they are doing.
They have a great selection, are fair with pricing, and back up their product.

It is true that some bicyclists are certainly some of the best quality individuals of all time that are self motivated,caring about others,helpful,ambitious,mentally healthy,physically healthy,inspiring,honorable,respectful and so on for more than just the self and it can honestly be said that some individuals in such places are certainly amazing quality individuals.

Best shop in town. I buy all my cycling equipment here. Bikes, shoes, helmets, clothing etc. Devon and Rick always take good care of my bikes and get them fixed quick. Knowledge and service are the best here!
Bought two bike there now and many many accessories. I did read the reviews and see were their have been some customer service issues. Here is what I can say from the interactions I have had so far. They are a small shop that seems to be run by a father/son. I have gone in on the weekends and they are busy. So if you are looking for personalized help then....its not going to happen. Its just not.....on the weekends it seems like get in, what do you need, get out. Both times I went into buy bikes was on a week day. And I can say the service was very good. They helped me pick out the bikes what would do what I needed. They did not try to up sell me or get me to buy some crazy bike I don't need. They seem very knowledgeable. I will buy from them again. BUT I am an understanding customer and know that at peak selling times I cant expect the same level of service that I will get on a Monday morning.
