I went in to get a massage, and the guy giving the massage was noticeably right out of school. He didn’t have fluid movement or work in a relaxing manner. He actually massaged way to hard, I’ve had deep massages, this wasn’t a deep tissue, the pressure hurt. I think because he wasn’t really on a muscle sometimes. It was like he didn’t know where to massage. Now, this would have all been overlooked if the massage table wasn’t broken, and the music wasn’t skipping through the entire massage. It was the most horrible massage experience that I have ever had. When I came to the front desk and told them how unhappy I was, the girl behind the desk said that the music may have been skipping because of my cell phone!!! And then instead of taking money off of my service, they wanted to give me a $20 coupon for my next visit!! Horrible, horrible experience. I’m more tense now than before my massage.

Bought my mom a gift card for here and when my mom moved after being diagnosed with cancer I tried to return the old gift card but could not. So now I am using it and it is very hard to get weekend appointments. Nice place but not for the busy person who doesn't like having to schedule her appointment 2 months in advance. And they should have just refunded the gift card.
