The food is so atrocious that I cannot imagine how this place remains afloat. Management is horrible - didn't come out to discuss the quality of the food or the attitude of the wait-staff when I complained. Idiot "hostess" just stood there and blinked because she didn't possess the vocabulary (or, ability) to generate any sort of appropriate response.
Service was great. Food good except I ordered rare steak and got medium well. Not the first time this has happened. Great veggie choices.
The turkey burger meal was delicious and the staff was friendly and able to offer our party what we wanted for all our dishes. We will definitely return and recommend this restaurant.
Had very serious issues with an experience, once, and was given a "gift card" by corporate to make amends for the horrid food, service, and experience. Gave the place about 6 months before I went back.
WORST franchised corporate restaurant, EVER.
There is a pervasive stench of urine coming from the bathrooms that wafts out into the dining room. Watched someone from the kitchen load up the salad bar with BARE hands, wipe her nose, and continue. She had brought out "fresh" romaine to replace the brown lettuce, and simply buried the brown lettuce deep in the new batch. THEN, she dropped all kinds of other salad bar items onto the service station, and simply picked them up and put them into their containers - with her bare hands.
The air was cold enough to wear a coat, the service was mind-numbingly slow, and the food wasn't great (a "kale Caesar" salad that only came with iceberg lettuce). They were out of salmon and kale, but they *tried* to make up for it with a free appetizer. Will only voluntarily return here in the event of a nuclear doomsday event in which this is the only source of food remaining.
Food was good. Temp. In restaurant was 67°F. To cold to sit and relax.
